Peregrine Editors

JAN HAAG had a career in newspapers and served as editor-in-chief of a city magazine before she became a full-time community college English and Journalism professor, founding and advising a student literary journal, Susurrus, for seventeen years. She co-edited a number of books of poetry published by the Literature, Arts and Medicine Program (LAMP), one of the largest and most innovative programs at Sutter Medical Center in Sacramento, California, where medical personnel, care-givers, and people with life-threatening illness write together using the AWA method.

CYNTHIA KENNISON has written in Pat Schneider's Wednesday Workshop since 1985, and she directs the Worcester Writers Workshop. She has edited Peregrine fiction since 2000. Her stories and plays have won awards and her work has appeared in literary journals, commercial magazines and anthologies. AWA produced her play Anniversary Present to benefit Peregrine.

JENN WEEBER joined the Peregrine reading staff in 1997 and became assistant managing editor in 2002. She grew up in Amherst and graduated in 1999 from Smith College with a degree in Fine Art and emphasis in Italian. She is a cooperative web marketing & leadership development business owner and a home & office organizing consultant. An avid gardener and a dancer, Jenn is also an AWA writing workshop participant.
