Each AWA Initial Leadership Training is led by at least two of the following experienced AWA workshop leaders: Maureen Buchanan Jones, Kate Hymes, Karen Buchinsky, Kathleen Olesky, Sue Reynolds, Jan Haag, Mary Tuchscherer and Bisi Ideraabdullah. Often these sessions include other instructors or workshop leaders who have experience with particular under-served populations. With one or more of these leaders, Pat Schneider co-leads the Post-Certificate Training annually in her home in Amherst, Massachusetts.
